Vacuum or air locking in any underground or pressurized pipeline is a very serious problem which if not resolved immediately can cause total damage to the entire system. According to hydraulic and transient analysis we have developed a turnkey air management system. A solution has been proposed that protects the entry pipe distribution network from bursting. The system generates alarm and findings of affected access can be possible through observation and readings so that immediate action can be taken for its resolution.

Features of Air Management System (AMS)

• The air management system continuously monitors the pressurized pipeline and also helping monitoring pipeline bursts and water theft.

• The air management system is also capable of acting as a flush valve in case of need to draw water for incidents of fire etc.

• The air management system has a tamper proof enclosure system with sabotage warning which immediately sends information through SCADA to the operator about any fault in the pipeline.
